Description:

As a key member of the Brand Strategy team, the Marketing Specialist (Contractor) will support the execution and optimization of integrated marketing communications across digital and in-store touchpoints. This role ensures that seasonal strategies are effectively translated into cohesive, omni-channel customer experiences that drive engagement, relevance, and business performance.

The Specialist will lead in-season content execution, support promotional storytelling, and identify agile "fast-chase" opportunities that enhance cultural relevance and marketing impact. Additionally, this individual will serve as the liaison between Brand Strategy and Store Marketing to ensure seamless alignment across all channels.

Key Responsibilities

1. In-Season Content Strategy - Full-Price Communications

  • Ensure pre-season strategies carry through to execution across all digital and store channels, including site, app, social, email, SMS/push, and paid media.
  • Support holistic Go-To-Market strategies with a primary focus on Lifestyle Categories (Sleep, Lingerie, Apparel, Sport, Swim, Accessories, and Third-Party Brands).
  • Maintain and update the Weekly Content Calendar; prepare materials for weekly in-season briefings with channel and creative partners.
  • Identify and execute fast-chase opportunities aligned to trends and cultural moments, including amplification of in-season influencer content.
  • Quickly align cross-functional partners to drive agile execution.
  • Support Weekly Edits strategy and site landing page development in partnership with Digital Merchandising.
2. Hindsight to Action & Promotional Communications
  • Participate in weekly Monday Hindsight and Tuesday Action meetings to support in-season optimization efforts.
  • Compile seasonal hindsights and develop consolidated marketing points of view to inform future strategy and execution.
  • Drive promotional storytelling strategies, including Gift With Purchase (GWP) initiatives.
  • Attend offer-related milestones and ensure best practices are executed consistently across digital and in-store marketing channels.
3. Special Projects
  • Support marketing execution for special projects aligned to seasonal storytelling and brand strategy goals.
  • Assist with in-store signage execution and events as needed.
  • Contribute to pre-season storytelling initiatives when required.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience (internships included).
  • Fashion retail experience strongly preferred.
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong project management and prioritization skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
