The Receptionist receives incoming telephone calls and visitors to the Centre, determines the nature of the call or visit and then directs the call or visitor to the appropriate persons or channels. Other duties include handling incoming and outgoing mail, taking resumes and/or applications, dispensing personnel paychecks/stubs, checking the clerical supply room, keeping and updating records and information related to business and personnel telephone numbers and addresses and setting up data files on new patient referrals.
