Our client, a well known fashion brand, is looking for a Merchandise Assistant to join their team for a 6 month assignment!
- Pay: $25.50/hour
- Manage and organize seasonal product samples for use by the creative studio and visual merchandising team
- Track sample arrivals, maintain accurate records, and communicate any delays or issues to the appropriate teams
- Assemble and maintain sample racks and closets to ensure accessibility and organization
- Support studio set preparation and maintain overall studio cleanliness and efficiency
- Assist with seasonal projects and coordinate sample donations in collaboration with the visual merchandising team
- Prioritize and manage tasks to meet deadlines and support team goals.
Required Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in retail, studio, or sample management preferred.
- Strong organizational and planning skills with a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, email, and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong sense of accountability and attention to detail, especially regarding data accuracy.
