Pay Range - $20.00 - $20.00/hour, plus tips, as well as up to an additional $2/hour for certain shifts worked after midnight.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional hospitality by engaging with guests and team members with warmth and sincerity.
• Prepare and assemble food orders according to Shake Shack's high standards and recipes.
• Become a master of all stations, rotating through them to keep your workday exciting.
• Follow stringent food safety and sanitation protocols to ensure a clean and safe environment for all.

Qualifications:

• Quick learner, able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
• Flexible and adaptable, willing to take on various roles within the restaurant.
• Demonstrates integrity by making the right choices and being accountable.
• Open to a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be 16 years or older.
