Position Overview: Join our dynamic team as a Sales and Customer Service Specialist, where you will be instrumental in providing outstanding support to our valued customers. Your main focus will be on delivering prompt and friendly assistance by actively engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them in making informed purchasing decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers with enthusiasm, assess their needs, and recommend the ideal products to help them successfully complete their projects.
• Leverage various tools and resources to acquire product knowledge and stay updated on promotions and inventory availability.
• Maintain a clean, well-organized shopping environment, ensuring product accessibility and safety within your assigned areas.
• Work collaboratively with your Department Supervisor and team members to enhance both the customer experience and operational efficiency.
• Adhere to all safety policies and complete required training to sustain a safe working and shopping environment for everyone.

This role may span multiple departments, including Building Materials, Décor, Electrical, Flooring, Garden, Hardware, Kitchen & Bath, Lumber, Millwork, Paint, Plumbing, and Tool Rental. You will gain essential skills in closing sales effectively and addressing customer inquiries across these varied areas.

Pay Range: $20.00 - $23.00
