Executive Assistant | Family Real Estate OfficeWe are seeking a high-level, dedicated Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to two Principals of a private family real estate office. This role sits at the intersection of Acquisitions, Asset Management, and Property Management, requiring a professional who can navigate the complexities of a multi-generational real estate portfolio with grace and precision.As the primary point of contact for the familys business interests, you will act as a strategic partner, ensuring that both the professional investments and the high-level operational needs of the Principals are met with "white-glove" service.Core ResponsibilitiesDual Executive Support: Manage the complex professional and occasionally personal calendars of two Principals, ensuring seamless transitions between investment meetings, site visits, and family office obligations.Acquisitions & Due Diligence: Coordinate the flow of documents for new property acquisitions. You will organize data rooms and track closing deadlines.Asset & Property Oversight: Act as the liaison between the Principals, employees and third-party property managers.Logistics & Lifestyle: Arrange intricate travel, including aviation, hotels, dinners often involving complex itineraries.Calendar Management: They don't just book appointments; they strategically audit the calendar to ensure the executive is spending time on high-impact tasks.Vetting Access: They manage incoming requests, emails, and phone calls, deciding what needs the executives eyes and what can be delegated or handled independently.Required QualificationsProven Experience: Minimum of 57+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant. Prior experience in a Family Office, Real Estate Investment, or business environment is strictly required.Technical Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (specifically outlook for calendar and email).Discretion: An unwavering commitment to confidentiality.
