You will organize data rooms and track closing deadlines.Asset & Property Oversight: Act as the liaison between the Principals, employees and third-party property managers.Logistics & Lifestyle: Arrange intricate travel, including aviation, hotels, dinners often involving complex itineraries.Calendar Management: They don't just book appointments; they strategically audit the calendar to ensure the executive is spending time on high-impact tasks.Vetting Access: They manage incoming requests, emails, and phone calls, deciding what needs the executives eyes and what can be delegated or handled independently.Required QualificationsProven Experience: Minimum of 57+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant.
