We are currently hiring Manufacturing associates for a premier employer in the Hayward area. Our client offers long term employment opportunities including temporary to full time.

Job Title: TWAS Technician

Pay Rate: $21.00- $23.00/hr Depending on Experience

Schedule: Mon-Fri, with weekend rotation

2nd shift. 2 pm - 10:30 pm

Job Duties/ Responsibilities:

Process parts within the Twin Arc Spray Room according to written processes and known practices.

Follow safety procedures and protocols to minimize the risk of contamination and ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.

Mask parts requiring coating process according to prints attached to traveler. Spraying part on surface requiring process.

Detaling coating build up along tape edge and masked area.

Job Requirements:

Ability to lift 50 pounds without an assistance

Ability to read and understand prints on areas of texturization and coating application

Ability to identify damage to parts, especially critical surfaces, excessive part ware, etching, etc.

High school diploma or GED

6 months experience in masking and taping parts for grit texturization and chemical striping of depositions.

Ability to read and comprehend internal documents such as work order travelers, inventory records, logs and general company records.

Must be able to work in a controlled confirmed, noisy environment that requires ear/eye protection at all times.
