Hertz - 780 South Airport Boulevard - Responsibilities: Provide world class customer service by managing the rental (and occasionally return) process; Welcome each customer with a smile and represent Hertz professionally; Review rental parameters with all customers to ensure understanding of rates and service charges; Answer the phones to assist customers in a friendly, helpful and prompt manner; Assist customers by resolving customer service issues and coordinating within the queue to minimize wait time
