As part of the ISO organization, the Technical Solutions Advisor team focuses on optimizing our monetization products for businesses. We are a team of innovative problem solvers committed to enhancing the use of our technology and making a significant impact on our advertisers.

In this role as a Technical Solutions Advisor, you will be the primary technical contact for our clients and internal stakeholders. Your objective will be to gain deep insights into our advertising solutions, advise clients on best practices, and address any technical challenges promptly. Additionally, you will contribute to developing tools, automating services and operations, and providing education about Meta's marketing solutions.

Required Skills:

Technical Solutions Advisor Responsibilities:

  1. Gain a thorough understanding of Meta's monetization products, including signals, measurement, and ads delivery, while providing advisory support to clients on best practices.

  2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues arising from clients' usage of Meta's advertising solutions.

  3. Collaborate closely with cross-functional Product and Engineering teams during the go-to-market (GTM) process of launching new products and supporting existing solutions.

  4. Identify opportunities for enhancing and streamlining workflows through optimization and automation across the entire support funnel.

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. BA/BS in Computer Science, Engineering, Digital Marketing, or related field.

  2. 3+ years of experience in the digital advertising or technology industries, with a solid understanding of the advertising technology landscape.

  3. Proficient in troubleshooting advertising technologies, including but not limited to pixels, ad servers, auctions, and delivery systems.

  4. Experience with web technologies such as APIs, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and HTTP.

  5. Strong SQL proficiency.

  6. Experience in client-facing roles, effectively communicating technical concepts and solutions to non-technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Prior experience with technical troubleshooting in AdTech is preferred.

Public Compensation:

$37.98/hour to $115,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits.
