Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding dining experiences by greeting guests, serving food, and managing payments at the cash register.
  • Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the restaurant to ensure a positive guest experience.
  • Follow operational standards and safety protocols to guarantee food quality and freshness.
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment, across various positions including front counter, drive-through, or kitchen.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily objectives in a fun and engaging environment.

Qualifications:

  • A friendly and helpful demeanor.
  • Previous experience in operations is a plus.
  • Some high school education is required.
  • Food handler certification may be required per local regulations.

Physical Demands:

This role involves a dynamic work environment that includes high temperatures from cooking equipment and the need to stand for long periods. You will be required to lift items up to 50 lbs and effectively communicate with guests and team members in a busy setting.
