Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Senior Service Specialist to manage the delivery of contracted services, ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs). Basic Requirements:

Compensation: The base pay for this position ranges from $22.05/hr to $35.80/hr, influenced by several factors including geographic location and relevant experience. Incentives may also be offered annually, subject to eligibility requirements.
