Summary:

Meta is seeking a talented Senior Human Resources Partner to strengthen our tech and business teams. This essential role is pivotal in fostering an engaging workplace and implementing innovative strategies for our growing organization. You'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact at both the operational and strategic levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute tailored solutions focused on scalability and growth, including strategic planning, talent assessment, change management, and team development.

  2. Act as a strategic business partner and thought leader, providing guidance and coaching to employees at all levels.

  3. Proactively evaluate team and organizational development needs, delivering actionable recommendations and solutions.

  4. Conduct thorough data analysis and reporting to effectively meet business objectives.

  5. Implement talent management strategies that promote team development and support individual career pathways.

  6. Manage the Performance Summary Cycle and coordinate employee engagement surveys throughout the year.

  7. Collaborate with HR colleagues in Recruiting, Learning & Development, Compensation, Legal, and HR Programs to create impactful solutions that drive growth.

  8. Work alongside regional HR partners to align global strategies and ensure effective execution, while addressing employee relations initiatives as necessary.

  9. Plan and lead team meetings and offsite activities as needed.

  10. Contribute to key projects as a vital member of the broader HR community.

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. At least 10 years of experience in an HR Business Partner role or equivalent position.

  2. Experience in scaling operations within global and/or complex organizations.

  3. Strong judgment and risk assessment abilities relevant to business needs.

  4. Excellent consulting, coaching, and facilitation skills.

  5. Outstanding communication and critical thinking skills.

  6. Proven experience in empathy and community-building.

  7. Background in project management and change management.

  8. Able to leverage data to generate insights that drive actionable outcomes.

  9. Track record of thriving in a dynamic environment while building cross-team relationships.

  10. Skillful in influencing stakeholders and effectively addressing strategic challenges.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree.

Compensation:

$152,000/year to $220,000/year plus bonus, equity, and benefits.
