As a Part Time Merchandiser for Nabisco, you will play a crucial role in fulfilling the merchandising needs of our partners by building relationships, stocking store shelves, and maintaining product displays. Represent world-renowned brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, and Triscuit, among others.

• Act as a representative of Mondelz, collaborating with store employees and sales representatives to enhance the visibility of our products and create promotional displays.
• Conduct in-store visits per Mondelz's DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing photos of displays at your assigned locations.
• Ensure that our iconic brands (Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, and others) are prominently displayed, well-stocked, and meticulously maintained following Mondelz's guidelines.
• Work closely with Sales Representatives to implement their plans and communicate any issues effectively with the management team.
• Adhere to the daily schedule set by your merchandising manager to provide efficient in-store services.
• Promote seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches effectively.
• Exude a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelz in stores.

Who is a good fit?

• You are at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver's license.
• You have a positive, professional attitude, are self-motivated, and can work independently.
• You will use your personal vehicle to travel to various store locations (mileage will be reimbursed).
• You are comfortable downloading and utilizing work-related apps on your personal device.
• You can handle the physical demands of the job, including repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs, with occasional tasks involving pushing and pulling over 50 lbs.
• Previous retail or grocery experience is an advantage.
• You reside within a 25-mile radius of San Francisco, CA, with secondary locations in Daly City, CA.
• You have open availability, including weekends and holidays, as business needs may vary.

Salary and Benefits:

This role offers an hourly wage of $19.50, along with a 401 Savings Plan, mileage reimbursement based on company policy, robust career advancement opportunities, and a comprehensive Health and Well-Being Program. You will also have access to an Employee Assistance Program (EAP), an internet reimbursement of $10.00 (if a company device is not provided), and safety equipment such as kneeling pads, safety knives, and PPE.
