The Warehouse Technician is responsible for supporting warehouse operations and any projects as assigned. This position primarily focuses on the shipping and receiving of orders, quality control, inventory management, and other logistics-related tasks. The Warehouse Technician will report directly to the Supervisor of Warehouse Operations or the Manager of Warehouse Operations.

High School diploma or GED
1+ years of warehouse experience with exposure to modern warehouse technologies
Demonstrated proficiency in operating warehouse equipment and safety protocols
Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform warehouse tasks following ergonomic guidelines
Experience with modern Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory control software
Proficiency in using RF scanners, barcode systems, and RFID technology
Basic understanding of automation and robotics in warehouse operations
Competency in Microsoft Office and warehouse-specific software applications
Technical certification in warehouse operations or related field
Experience with automated warehouse systems and IoT devices
Certified Maintenance and Reliability Technician (CMRT) certification
Knowledge of lean management principles and continuous improvement methodologies
Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking

Hourly Pay Range: $22.00 - $24.00
