Kitchen Team Member

The responsibility of members of our kitchen team is to produce the highest quality food with precision and accuracy, observing and continuously implementing the appropriate quality assurance and food safety procedures to meet the restaurant's demand and exceed customer expectations.

Responsibilities

  1. Maintains verbal communication with FOH
  2. Supervises food quality
  3. Marinates and breads chicken
  4. Ensures chicken is inspected properly
  5. Follows receipts accordingly
  6. Ensures restaurant compliance with health and sanitation standards
  7. Follows chicken forecast protocol
  8. Filtration of oil to ensure quality standards
  9. Fully cleaned equipment
  10. Maintains general standards of sanitation, health, cleanliness, and safety for food preparation areas, kitchen services, and dishes and utensils.
  11. Follows and complies with all safety rules, policies, and procedures.
