Madison Reed is searching for an Executive Assistant to provide support to our C team and be the on-site manager for our headquarters location in San Francisco, CA. This role will report to the Chief of Staff to the CEO and act as an extension of that role. The Executive Assistant must be creative and enjoy working within a fast paced collaborative environment that is mission focused, results-driven and values oriented.
To be successful in this role, the individual will lead with our values of Love, Joy, Courage, Trust and Responsibility, have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, and demonstrate strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills. The Executive Assistant will have the ability to both collaborate and work independently on projects, from conception to completion, and must be able to work under pressure to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion and report to the Chief of Staff. This is a San Francisco, CA based position that will require a regular on-site presence in our headquarters location (minimum of (2-3) days per week).
The base salary range for this position is between 80,000 and 100,000. At Madison Reed, we aim to pay competitively. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
