What's the Job?
Support the Client Service Centre network by assisting with repair logistics and inventory management
Safely move, pack, and unpack units, handling boxes weighing 50+ lbs
Scan, receive, and log repair units into tracking systems for traceability
Clean products thoroughly following quality standards before returning to customers
Communicate repair status updates clearly and professionally to customers
What's Needed?
Ability to lift and handle boxes weighing 50+ lbs regularly
Comfortable using barcode scanners and basic inventory tracking software
Strong attention to detail for accurate inventory counts and records
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Team-oriented, proactive, reliable, and adaptable to changing duties
