Position Overview: Join our vibrant team as a Part-Time Overnight Guest Service Agent! In this essential role, you will address the urgent needs of guests during the nighttime hours when the hotel lobby is closed. Your primary goal will be to deliver top-quality service and ensure guest satisfaction. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to live on-site, with a hotel room provided as part of your employment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promptly respond to guest requests related to check-ins, emergency maintenance, noise complaints, and security concerns.
  • Safeguard all hotel keys and keep accurate logs of key distribution.
  • Assist with limited guest check-ins and check-outs, handling room assignments and payment processing.
  • Stay informed of hotel policies and safety procedures for effective guest assistance.
  • Report any safety or security issues to management in accordance with company policy.
  • Provide guests with information about property amenities, services, and local attractions.
  • Document events and manage basic bookkeeping tasks as required.
  • Maintain proficiency in hotel software and systems for efficient operation.
  • Respond effectively to emergency situations and coordinate communication with first responders when necessary.
  • Be flexible and ready to cover for other hotels in the area as staffing needs arise.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Ability to read and interpret safety and operating documents.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; fluency in English required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel PMS systems.
  • Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Exhibit strong time management and problem-solving abilities.
  • Possess basic mathematical skills for accurate handling of payments and logs.
  • Be self-motivated and adept at prioritizing tasks under pressure.

Environmental Job Requirements:
