Hours of work and days:Monday to Friday, between 8 a.m. to 5 p.m

Were looking for an Operations Associate to join our San Francisco team. This role is ideal for someone with prior experience in operations, order fulfillment, production, warehouse, or retail who thrives in a hands-on environment. If youre proactive, detail-oriented, and excited to contribute to a growing brand, wed love to hear from you.

This is a full-time, in-person position based out of our San Francisco showroom in the heart of the Mission District, surrounded by great shops, restaurants, and public transit options.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Process and prepare customer orders, including tinting paints and plasters.
• Pull, pack, and ship products accurately and on time.
• Organize, track, and maintain inventory.
• Keep the workspace, equipment, and tools clean and well-maintained.
• Assist with general showroom operations and jump in wherever needed.
• Safely handle and move products (must be able to lift 60+ lbs).

JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous work experience in operations, order fulfillment, production, warehouse, or retail sales.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Comfortable using computers and learning new systems.
• Dependable, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong time-management skills with attention to detail.
• High school diploma required; Bachelors degree a plus.
