Company is seeking an energetic, motivated and reliable Warehouse Associate for immediate opening. You will be responsible for providing warehouse support including picking, packing, kitting, sorting returns, shipping and receiving of orders amongst other tasks and duties to meet the facility's productivity and quality demands.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and/or jump from assignment to assignment as needed.

• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and communicate well with management and other team workers.

• Maintain positive attitude and high sense-of-urgency

• 1-2 year of previous work experience in a warehouse using handheld scanning technology

• Ability to lift 50 Ibs on a regular basis

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Proficiency in navigating through handheld terminal/scanner menus to accurately execute picking, packing, shipping freight orders, replenishment, etc.

• Keep primary pick locations clean and tidy while fulfilling orders.

• Freight Order fulfillment (Truck/Milk Run) – virtually move picks to pickable locations, stack cartons of product on pallets, thoroughly wrap pallets in stretch wrap and apply all customer paperwork to exterior of wrapped pallet(s) for outbound freight orders.

• Replenish primary locations by utilizing ‘locate item' and ‘stock movement' functions virtually. Physically unwrap pallets and neatly stack cartons in the primary pick location for each product.

• Receiving goods by unloading inbound containers.

• Cycle count locations or product to obtain an accurate on-hand inventory number as needed

• General facility cleanliness. Keep work area and tools clean, organized, and in good working condition.

• Properly sort returned product into one of three categories. Utilize ‘stock movement' functionality to complete Go-Backs for resalable inventory.

When working in a warehouse environment through Bluecrew, you may be expected to do any and all of the following:

• Working independently or in a team to pick, pack, and ship items
• Safely relocating or repacking inventory items as directed, up to 50 pounds in weight
• Operating machinery or other light equipment as trained in a safe and responsible manner
• Reaching, crouching, bending over, and other physically strenuous activities as required by the immediate supervisor
• Working on your feet at a fast pace for the entirety of the shift
• Comfortable working in an environment where there are forklifts, machinery, large trucks, and other standard or sub-standard warehouse equipment
• There may be a specific dress code, but if it is not listed, please make sure to wear close-toed shoes and pants.
