Office Administration- The Fillmore

We have an opening for a part-time office administrator to support the Office Manager and General Manager in the venue office during the day.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Responding to customer questions via phone and email
  • Coordinating vendors and morning deliveries
  • Maintaining office supplies and equipment
  • Assist all department heads on show days with tasks as needed
  • Coordinate parking requests and any issues with garbage pick-up each morning
  • Proof reading and assisting marketing as needed
  • Handle incoming mail, filing and logging invoices
  • Manage Key system
  • Maintain storage areas
  • Other job duties as assigned

  • Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and confidentiality
  • Ability to prioritize and manage projects and stay organized
  • Efficient in MS Office Programs
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Vaccination required


Physical Requirements/Work Environment

Sit for extended periods of time at a desk. Ability to climb stairs and lift up to 30 pounds.

The expected compensation for this position is:
$19.20 USD - $24.00 USD Hourly
** Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, qualifications, skills, and experience.
