JOB SUMMARY
Under the supervision of the Interfaith Site Manager, the Interim Housing Case Manager is responsible for carrying a caseload of up to 25 participants at the Alameda Winter Shelter. The Interim Housing Case Manager performs assessments and develops Individual Service Plans for participants. The Interim Housing Case Manager will meet with participants at minimum once a week to implement or review the participant's Individual Service Plan. The Interim Housing Case Manager collaborates with Program Leadership to help the organization maintain compliance with County, State and Federal regulations. The Interim Housing Case Manager understands ECS' strategic vision and acts in accordance with the organization's mission.
