Join our team as a Sanitation and Setup Assistant, where your contributions will be vital to maintaining a pristine environment for our guests!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure cleanliness of public, banquet, and work areas throughout the day by practicing clean-as-you-go procedures.
  • Perform final breakdown of functions by cleaning the room and returning equipment to its designated location.
  • Complete closing duties which involve storing reusable goods safely, locking doors, and dismantling goods.
  • Set up, stock, and maintain organized work areas for optimal efficiency.
  • Monitor and uphold cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned stations and service areas.
  • Transport dirty linen to the appropriate cleaning area, separate napkins from tablecloths, and restock linen shelves with fresh linens.
  • Assist other departments as needed to ensure the highest level of service for our guests.
