The Hospitality Associate will support high-level partner and client meetings by working closely with the client's Executive Concierges, Space Management Team, and internal employees. This role ensures meeting spaces are prepared, catering is delivered accurately, and all event logistics are executed smoothly. The ideal candidate is service-driven, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment.


Location: On-Site, San Francisco, CA

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM

Pay Rate: $24.50/hour


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and confirm multiple large meeting rooms daily, including client walkthroughs and logistics confirmation
  • Serve as a primary on-site point of contact for meetings and events
  • Capture and report client interactions and event details
  • Coordinate with IT, Facilities, Meeting Support, and Catering teams
  • Issue Special Event Forms (SEFs) outlining meeting and event logistics
  • Participate in weekly events meetings and communicate upcoming event details
  • Prepare daily setup worksheets, weekly event sheets, and room usage reports
  • Check in with clients prior to meetings to ensure all needs are met
  • Verify room occupancy and reclaim unused meeting space when appropriate
  • Coordinate catering and meeting requirements with Executive Assistants and the Centralized Space Management team
  • Follow all client and Forrest Solutions policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
  • Participate in required training sessions


Qualifications:

  • 2–3 years of experience in hospitality, hotel, restaurant, or event planning environments preferred
  • Strong technical skills, including Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and A/V equipment
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable standing for extended periods of time
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Ability to interact confidently with clients at all professional levels
