• Assist with pulling inventory, preparing shipments, and handling customer returns.
• Learn and apply company mail policies and procedures accurately.
• Work collaboratively with the finance team for billing and postage management.
• Respond to customer inquiries via email and other communication channels.
• Prepare reports on mailroom activities to enhance operations.
