Job Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding maintenance service to ensure a clean and welcoming environment.
• Complete daily and weekly cleaning tasks as outlined in maintenance schedules.
• Assist various teams in cleaning projects to maintain store hygiene.
• Conduct minor repairs and improvements as needed.
• Support the ordering of necessary supplies for effective store maintenance.
• Respond promptly to cleaning emergencies to uphold store standards.
• Help maintain the store's landscaping and parking areas.
• Perform continuous cleaning across all departments in the store.
• Punctually arrive at work, well-groomed and ready for duty, and attend all scheduled shifts, trainings, and meetings.
• Immediately report any safety hazards or violations to management.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by store, regional, or national leadership.

Experience

No prior retail experience is required.

Physical Requirements / Working Conditions

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely.
• Stand and walk for 6-8 hours during an 8-hour workday.
• Utilize hands for single grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling.
• Perform motions including bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching.
• Willingness to work with FDA-approved cleaning chemicals.
• Tolerate working in temperatures up to 90 degrees Fahrenheit.
• Adapt to working in wet and cold environments.
• Have a flexible schedule that may include nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Effectively use tools and equipment such as box cutters and electric pallet jacks.

The wage range for this position is $19.50 - $25.40 per hour, depending on experience.
