Role Description HEN is growing fast and we're looking for a hands-on Production & Manufacturing Technician to help scale our manufacturing operations. In this role, you'll build, inspect, test, and support the production of advanced firefighting equipment used by first responders in structural and wildfire environments. You'll play a key role in maintaining product quality, supporting daily production goals, and ensuring materials and assemblies meet the highest standards. What You'll Do
Assemble and build products using established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Perform final assembly, testing, and basic repairs on firefighting equipment
Inspect inbound materials and screen assemblies for defects
Document quality issues and support corrective actions
Fulfill production material requests with high accuracy
Track inventory, parts, and consumables using MRP and warehouse systems
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production and warehouse environment
Support continuous improvement efforts for tools, workflows, and processes
What We're Looking For
Experience in manufacturing, production, or warehouse environments
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Familiarity with lean manufacturing or continuous improvement practices
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
Strong communication and documentation skills
Experience using digital tools (WIX, ShipStation, MRPEasy, Microsoft Office preferred)
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
