Job Summary

Kiva Sales and Service (KSS) is the distribution arm of the Kiva Confections brand. KSS provides sales and service support for the Kiva Confections brand and other high-quality cannabis brands in the California market. We pride ourselves on providing the highest quality customer service to our retail customers in a fast-paced and rapidly growing environment. As an Order Fulfillment Specialist, you will be responsible for pulling inventory to fulfill account orders.

Responsibilities

  • As a Kiva Order Fulfillment Specialist, you will:
    • Conduct cycle counts & inventory processes in Encompass to ensure accuracy
    • Prepare finished goods for shipment to accounts by pulling, packing, and palletizing
    • Receive and log incoming items
    • Unload delivery trucks and ensure that inbound deliveries match the purchase order
    • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse
    • Maintain and operate a pallet jack and forklift
    • Help coordinate and track the movement of goods through METRC



What We're Looking For
  • High school diploma or equivalent experience is required
  • Previous order fulfillment experience is highly preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are required
  • Ability to read and comprehend basic instructions and safety rules
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals
  • Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions
  • Forklift Operator Certification preferred, but not required (Must meet Kiva's Motor Vehicle requirements to operate a forklift)

Work Environment
  • This position is in a busy warehouse subject to frequent interruptions and loud noises
  • Business work hours vary but are usually Monday-Friday between the hours of Noon to 8:30pm
  • Some extended and weekend hours may be required

Physical Requirements
  • Must be able to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds regularly
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Must be able to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, and crouch as needed
  • Comfortable working in environments with variable temperatures and noise levels
  • May be asked to operate standard warehouse equipment safely (e.g., pallet jack, forklift)

Compensation
"$20 - $20 an hour"
