Join Our Store Support Team! We are seeking a dynamic Customer Service Team Supervisor who will assist in scheduling and supervising our dedicated Store Support Team Members, ensuring a seamless operation that delights our customers and fosters a positive work environment.

Your Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and delegate tasks to Team Members to optimize productivity.
  2. Collaborate with the Team Trainer to instill a culture of high performance and reduce turnover.
  3. Facilitate the training of new Team Members using comprehensive learning materials.
  4. Maintain cleanliness and organization of cases and shelves, ensuring they are well-stocked and rotated properly.
  5. Handle challenging customer situations with grace and resolution.
  6. Ensure all Team Members receive their scheduled breaks.
  7. Communicate team issues to leadership to maintain transparency and effectiveness.
  8. Promote a work culture that emphasizes teamwork, respect, and morale.
  9. Actively monitor customer flows and needs, directing Team Members to provide exceptional service.
  10. Mentor and motivate Team Members to build a cohesive and high-performing team.
  11. Conduct timely and constructive performance evaluations.
  12. Consistently embody and promote Whole Foods Market's vision and goals.

  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to prioritize and delegate tasks effectively.
  • Comfort with technology, including email and Microsoft Office applications.

Experience Required:

  • At least 12 months of retail experience is preferred.

Physical Requirements:

  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Standing/walking for 6-8 hours during a work shift.
  • Capable of performing tasks requiring bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching.
  • Willingness to work with FDA approved cleaning chemicals.
  • Exposure to varying temperatures, potentially up to 90 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to handle equipment such as box cutters and pallet jacks.

Compensation: The wage range for this position is $19.50-$30.20 per hour, based on experience. Whole Foods Market offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement benefits, paid time off, and discounts. Eligibility is determined at the time of hire.
