We are currently seeking a skilled Field Technician to enhance our dynamic team.
As a Field Technician Level II, you will serve as the main point of contact for technical and service-related issues within a specified region. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting, installing, managing cabling, and collaborating with fellow technicians to resolve issues effectively. Your ability to configure hardware and carry out application setups will be crucial, along with ensuring that customer issues are resolved to their satisfaction. Success in this role is measured by your adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and your documentation in ServiceNow.
Key Responsibilities
Execute advanced hardware exchanges with precision.
Demonstrate a solid understanding of customer support operations and processes.
Communicate clearly and effectively, both in writing and verbally, with customers and colleagues through ServiceNow.
Manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high attention to detail.
Follow up with end users to provide timely status updates as per service guidelines.
Monitor inventory levels and manage the ordering process for vehicle stocking.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Associate's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with customers and team members.
Proven knowledge of Windows operating systems, networks, and related tools.
Experience with banking equipment is a plus.
Strong ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks while ensuring attention to detail and SLA compliance.
Demonstrated success in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Compensation
The hourly wage for this position ranges from $18.00 to $26.40, influenced by factors such as geography, skills, education, and experience.
