Teamlead Warehouse

Axolabs is specialized in a new class of pharmaceuticals whose active ingredients are chemically derived from DNA or RNA, so-called oligonucleotide or nucleic acid therapeutics. We use our long-standing expertise to help our customers to successfully bring these therapeutics to market. Some of these drugs are already approved and are successfully used to treat diseases that were previously partly untreated. Every year, new drugs from this class of pharmaceuticals are added.

Job Description

As Teamlead Warehouse, you will shape more than just processes: you will build structures, develop your team, and make our warehouse logistics fit for the future. Your tasks

  • Plan the warehouse in a forward-looking manner and ensure a demand-oriented supply
  • Efficiently manage material and information flows from delivery to shipment
  • Design lean processes as Process Owner and accompany the annual inventory
  • Ensure compliance with GMP/GDP, occupational safety and hazardous goods regulations
  • Lead your team with clarity and trust, develop talents and strengthen cooperation
Qualifications

What we wish for

  • Completed training in the logistics sector with solid experience in warehouse management ideally in the pharmaceutical or medical technology industry
  • Secure handling of GMP/GDP regulations and their application in everyday work
  • Strong initiative, structured thinking and responsible working
  • Valid forklift license and experience in handling electric pallet trucks
  • Very good German and English skills as well as secure handling of ERP systems; Lean knowledge is an advantage
