Duties and responsibilities

• Lead the development of the vehicle's interior Space design with the mission of creating experiences for families that align seamlessly with our brand identity. integrating AI-driven design tools and advanced technologies to enhance innovation.
• Help lead the design process and be involved in creating interior design solutions, from initial sketches to design models, and finally to manufacturing releases.
• Collaborate with our Autonomous driving 'Smart Space' and engineering teams to create exceptional and innovative forward thinking products.
• Establish unified aesthetic standards and a collaborative work culture across Beijing/Shanghai/Munich design teams.

Requirements

Education/Experience

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial Design, Transportation Design, or a related field with a focus on AI/technology-driven design applications.
• 5-10 years' experience in interior design, master of sketching, rendering and presentation skills. Proficiency in AI-driven tools and technologies.
• Deep understanding of full-cycle vehicle design and production, including AI-assisted design validation tools. Proven experience leading projects from concept sketches to tooling.

Knowledge

• Mastery of sketching/rendering software (e.g., Photoshop) and AI tools to optimize design efficiency.
• Proficient in Alias/Autodesk modeling software and digital workflows (e.g., parametric modeling, real-time rendering).
• Strong communication and writing skills. Excellent cross-functional coordination and teamwork abilities.
