About Client:

Our client is a fast-growing healthcare AI startup founded in 2023, building a next-generation patient experience platform. Their specialty-specific, agentic AI integrates deeply with EHR/PMS systems to streamline patient communication, reduce wait times, and improve access to care

What You Will Do

Sourcing (~70%)

• Source high-impact technical talent across targeted channels with speed and precision
• Build structured outreach sequences and experiment with new sourcing channels
• Partner with hiring managers to define role needs, scorecards, and sourcing targets

Coordination (~30%)

• Screen inbound applications with tight prioritization and fast turnaround
• Coordinate interviews, manage scheduling, and support onsite logistics
• Create a smooth candidate experience from first touch through close
