A respected Los Angeles law firm is seeking an accomplished Partner or Senior Attorney with 10+ years of real estate transactional experience to join its sophisticated and growing practice. This role offers the flexibility of a fully remote arrangement and the opportunity to lead complex real estate financing and capital markets matters across multiple asset classes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage borrower-side and lender-side real estate financing transactions
• Handle complex real estate capital markets and structured financing deals
• Collaborate with experienced attorneys, business leaders, and high-profile clients
• Work on matters spanning Business & Commercial, Real Estate, and Entertainment sectors

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Active California Bar membership (in good standing)
• Minimum 10 years of hands-on real estate transactional experience
• Proven track record managing sophisticated borrower/lender-side deals
• Strong negotiation, deal management, and closing skills
• A portable book of business is a plus but not required

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $250,000 – $500,000 with Discretionary + package-based negotiables. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
