ATTORNEY – Remote (California)

Location: Firm offices in San Rafael, CA and in Pasadena, CA

Salary: $125,000–$175,000 DOE with bonus potential and terrific benefits

Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced California Barred Attorney to join a successful boutique law firm that represents plaintiffs in wrongful death, personal injury and police misconduct litigation. Recently the firm has taken on a substantial caseload on behalf of wildfire victims in Southern California.

This role offers the opportunity to work remotely but closely with a cohesive team. There will be opportunities to try cases and work on occasion out of each of the firm's two offices. Plaintiff-side experience is preferred, but candidates with defense-side experience are welcome to apply.

Candidates must have at least five years of experience. and the ability to write clearly and concisely and conduct depositions without supervision.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active bar membership in California.
• Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently in a remote work environment. Excellent interpersonal skills, professionalism, and a collaborative approach.
