Cogir Senior Living - - - Responsibilities: Provide safe, reliable, courteous, and efficient transportation service for the residents to and from various human service locations, work sites, educational institutions, medical facilities, grocery stores, drug stores, and others.; Assist residents in and out of the vehicle, utilizing the wheelchair lift/stairs as needed; open and close doors; and load/unload walkers and wheelchairs as needed.; Ensure resident safety and satisfaction are priorities, and account for the presence of all residents when leaving or returning to the community.; Prepare the van/bus for operation and coordinate necessary vehicle maintenance.; Build positive relationships with residents, engaging in friendly conversation and providing support as needed during trips.
