Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Lineside Operations Associate (Logistics Associate III) to join their team. As a Lineside Operations Associate (Logistics Associate III), you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Lineside Operations Associate (Logistics Associate III)

Location: Hayward, California

Pay Range: $35.50 per hour

What's the Job?

• Oversee inventory line side within the manufacturing facility, ensuring smooth operations.

• Analyze daily lineside consumption and supply levels to prevent line shutdowns.

• Execute line side delivery tasks and reconcile physical inventory to maintain accuracy.

• Develop and implement inventory control processes and SOPs in collaboration with warehouse teams.

• Assist in transitioning the company toward becoming more production-ready by improving processes.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's Degree with 4-6 years of relevant industry experience.

• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and SAP is preferred.

• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work cross-functionally and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

• Flexibility to commute to different warehouse locations as needed.
