Our growth into the US offers great opportunities within our first US flagship store, opened in 2024 in Bellevue, Washington in the Marketplace at Factoria, spanning 76,000 sq.ft. and standing as the largest Asian specialty supermarket in Washington state.We have established our regional office in the greater Los Angeles area to grow T&T Supermarket's vendor base with American food suppliers.The RoleReporting to the Store Manager, the Store Administrator is responsible for all store administrative tasks to assist Store Manager for the daily store operations.Major ResponsibilitiesYou Will: Assist Store Manager by performing store administrative clerical works, including but not limited to, data entry, paperwork handling and filingCompile and handle all store specified documents/ files/ licenses and reportsPrepare and maintain financials, statistics and reports for each department at storeCoordinate all kinds of store meetings and take minutesAssist Store Manager to prepare service requisitions and take responsibility to arrange store repairs and maintenancesRemind Duty Managers to follow up on all day/night shift duties; ensure such duties are completed before deadlinesDocument project progress or identify problems for company to reviewAssist Duty Manager in monitoring sales floor and back room's cleanlinessWork as the key contact person for all kinds of Store Administration issues; coordinate with outside contractors & suppliersAssist Store Manager to handle matters related to tenants and/or property management and arrange product demonstrationsAble to deal with work safety matters such as handling safety related paperwork, maintaining First Aid supplies and coordinating First Aid attendants' scheduleYou Should Have/Be: A minimum of 1-year experience in administrative workPossess great interpersonal and customer service skillsKnowledge in workplace health & safetyBasic to good computer skills in MS OfficeStrong verbal communication skills in EnglishAbility to communicate with Chinese (Cantonese &/or Mandarin) & Spanish is an assetFlexible to work in shifts, including weekdays, weekends, evening hours and statutory holidaysBenefits Competitive WagesPaid Holiday LeavePremium Pay For Holiday Work HoursGenerous Paid Time Off (Annual Vacation, Sick, Marriage, Bereavement)Medical, Dental & Vision CareLife & AD&D InsuranceEmployee Assistance Program401(k) Retirement PlanPaid Training10% Off In-store Staff Purchase DiscountSubsidized staff mealBirthday CakeLong Service AwardStaff Recreation Activity *Conditions ApplySafety StatementSafety continues to be T&T Supermarket's top priority.
