Your day will be rewarding as you ensure our store's signage, pricing, and displays are accurate, making it easier for customers to find what they need. While most of your responsibilities involve merchandising tasks, you'll also have the chance to assist customers when they need help.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute merchandising resets and service-related projects in line with Lowe's standards and provide completion proof for assigned tasks.

• Verify and prepare buyback items for shipping.

• Update and validate wayfinding and product location signage, ensuring digital information is maintained throughout the store.

• Ensure product pricing is clear and replace any missing price labels.

• Encourage additional sales by staging clearance products and organizing merchandise effectively.

• Repair or replace damaged items, including signage and displays.

• Communicate schedules and priorities with the Merchandising Services Team and management.

• Provide feedback on project execution and store service quality.

• Complete additional duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills.

• Effective communication abilities.

• Familiarity with web-based programs for task completion.

• Ability to stand and sit for extended periods.

• Capable of lifting up to 25 lbs unassisted or more with accommodation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience on the Lowe's sales floor.

• Previous product merchandising experience, including reading planograms.

• Familiarity with operating power equipment.

• Knowledge of essential tools like hand tools and drills.
