About the Role

Were looking for a hands?on, detail?oriented part?time bookkeeper to support the day?to?day financial operations of our property management team. This isnt a back?office?only roleyoull be working closely with our property managers to keep tenant accounts, insurance, and move?in/move?out processes running smoothly. AppFolio experience is required.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain tenant ledgers in AppFolio, including setting up new accounts and keeping existing records current and accurate
  • Track and reconcile insurance payments across our residential and commercial portfolio
  • Handle move?in and move?out accountingcoordinating deposit tracking, final statements, and any charges or credits
  • Process vendor invoices and owner disbursements
  • Support property managers with payment discrepancies and tenant balance questions
  • Assist with month?end reconciliation and reporting as needed
What Were Looking For
  • Hands?on experience with AppFolio (required)
  • Solid bookkeeping fundamentalscomfortable with AP/AR, reconciliation, and ledger management
  • Experience in property management or real estate strongly preferred
  • Organized, reliable, and able to juggle multiple tasks without dropping the ball
  • Good communicatoryoull be a key touchpoint between tenants, PMs, and ownership
