Key Responsibilities for Kitchen Crew Members:

• Deliver an exceptional dining experience by warmly greeting guests, serving food, and processing payments.
• Keep the store clean and presentable to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
• Adhere to operational standards and safety protocols to serve fresh and high-quality food.
• Thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment, rotating between roles at the front counter, drive-thru, or kitchen as needed.
• Collaborate effectively with fellow team members to achieve daily goals within a fun and positive workspace.

Qualifications:

• Friendly and approachable team members are preferred.
• Experience in operations is a plus.
• Some high school education is needed.
• A Food Handler certification may be necessary based on local requirements, which you will need to obtain at your expense.
