Position Overview:

Seek Now is actively seeking dedicated independent contractors to perform home and commercial property inspections. As a Property Inspector, you'll play a vital role in our organization by accurately collecting essential data for clients in the Property Insurance, Facility Management, and Real Estate industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect steep and/or high roofs safely.
• Lift and set up ladders and equipment weighing up to 100 pounds.
• Accurately sketch and measure roof and room components.
• Thoroughly assess areas of various sizes and shapes during inspections.
• Perform inspections by focusing on the age and condition of properties.
• Travel to inspect properties affected by weather catastrophes, often on assignments lasting 2-6 weeks.
• Be prepared to accept assignments at short notice and meet all job requirements.

• Demonstrate strong attention to detail, organization, and time management while prioritizing professionalism and customer service.
• Utilize our proprietary app to document inspections via smartphone.
• Be willing to operate within a 100-mile radius from your home.
• Maintain flexibility in your work schedule.
• Familiarity with advanced equipment like 3D Cameras, Drones, and Moisture Meters is a plus.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in roofing sales or construction.
• Background in Property Insurance.
• HAAG Certification.
• Ability to utilize a 40-foot ladder.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Reliable vehicle (truck, van, or SUV) suitable for transporting a 32-foot ladder.
• Operational laptop and smartphone.
• Willingness to travel during catastrophic events.
• Capability to earn HAAG Certification within 90 days.
• Proficient in using applications on a laptop and smartphone, including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to submit high-quality, timely reports.
• Possession of a 32-foot ladder.
• Maintain a professional appearance.
• Valid driver's license.
• State Issued Workers Compensation.
• Certificate of General Liability Insurance.
• LLC Articles or Certificate of Organization.
• Act as a 1099 independent contractor.
• Available to work 7 days a week with flexible scheduling options.
• Potential for significant earnings, exceeding six figures.
