Are you passionate about retail and looking to contribute to a dynamic team? As a Stockroom Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving sales by ensuring merchandise flows efficiently from the stockroom to the sales floor. You will uphold our brand's standards for stockroom operations and contribute to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve productivity standards related to shipment processing, replenishments, markdowns, and merchandising utilizing company resources.
  • Maintain stockroom standard operating procedures (SOP) to enhance merchandise handling and placement, promoting maximum sales and productivity.
  • Process shipments effectively by adhering to guidelines; communicate your productivity metrics to store leadership.
  • Support Todd Snyder's visual standards, ensuring visually appealing merchandise presentations as products are transferred to the sales floor.
  • Collaborate with store leadership to execute replenishment strategies effectively including Fill the Floor, power closes, and merchandise adjustments.
  • Identify and communicate merchandising opportunities to leadership while adhering to visual standards during replenishment.
  • Execute markdowns and re-ticketing in the stockroom and on the sales floor, keeping leadership updated on compliance.
  • Assist store leadership with stock transfers and manage damaged goods processing.
  • Provide support to fellow team members by sharing knowledge and assisting where necessary, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Promote safety standards on the sales floor and in the stockroom, reporting any safety concerns to management.
  • Comply with Loss Prevention policies and inform management of any suspicious activities.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Prior stock experience is preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Willingness to accept feedback and make necessary improvements.
  • Ability to stand and move for extended periods with intermittent short breaks; able to reach, bend, and stoop to manage products.
  • Flexible availability, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Capacity to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with deadlines.
  • Ability to lift cartons weighing up to 25 lbs.
  • Ability to perform all essential job functions.
  • Proficient in using technology.
