About The Role:
As a Property Management Associate at CBRE, you will play a key role in supporting the management of a diverse range of commercial, industrial, or retail properties. You will assist in various aspects such as marketing, operations, and financial activities, all while adhering to management agreements and company policies.
This position falls within the Property Management function, where you'll take charge of ensuring excellent service delivery for our clients.
What You'll Do:
- Respond promptly to tenant needs, ensuring administrative and technical staff address issues effectively and vendor services are contracted when necessary.
- Conduct regular property inspections and make recommendations regarding maintenance and alterations as needed.
- Manage accurate payment processes for vendor invoices and prepare tenant billings.
- Market the property, showcase available space to potential tenants, and coordinate tenant move-ins and move-outs.
- Serve as the primary contact for property owners, ensuring objectives are met and preparing timely, comprehensive reports.
- Develop and control annual budgets for operating and capital expenses, providing detailed forecasts and performance analyses.
- Collect rent, manage expenses in compliance with lease terms, and oversee tenant delinquencies, including legal notifications.
- Build relationships through participation in professional and civic organizations.
- Utilize your knowledge to address routine problems and contribute to team goals.

What You'll Need:
To excel in this role, you'll need to meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience; a combination of education and experience will also be considered.
- Real Estate license if mandated by state regulations.
- Ability to understand and apply existing procedures to solve complex problems.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate solutions using your technical expertise.
- Profound knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (including Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational skills with a proactive approach to tasks.

Compensation Details:
The salary range for the Property Management Associate position is $90,000 - $100,000, with offers dependent on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
