A dynamic Bay Area private family is seeking a seasoned, live onsite Executive Housekeeper to oversee the daily operations of a multi-home property and ensure the home is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and presentation. This role is designed for an experienced professional who can elevate household operations with minimal disruption to the family by providing leadership, structure, reliability, and consistency. The Executive Housekeeper will manage all housekeeping duties, ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and five-star presentation standards across properties by leading staff, managing protocols, controlling inventory, and implementing and streamlining systems. This role requires strong organizational skills, polished bilingual communication, discretion, and the ability to collaborate effectively with a household team. Google Workspace is integrated into daily system operations, so confidence working with Google Calendar, Docs, Sheets, and Forms is required. This is a full-time, live onsite position requiring flexibility, including weekend coverage based on the family's needs and travel schedule. Initially, the role will support transitions between the unoccupied properties and the current main residence until the family fully moves into the primary home in late June.

Compensation: $120K - $150K, DOE. Housing provided. All salaries are Depending On Experience, References, and the results of a Federal Background Report Compensation

Housing: Provision of a private Furnished ADU on an adjacent property. Until such time the living quarters are available, the employee will be temporarily housed in a private bedroom/bath on property.
