Technology is at the heart of Disneys past, present, and future. Disney Entertainment and ESPN Product & Technology is a global organization of engineers, product developers, designers, technologists, data scientists, and more all working to build and advance the technological backbone for Disneys media business globally.
Coordinates and performs a wide range of routine and complex administrative and clerical duties. Independently manages day-to-day activities in support of Disney Entertainment and ESPN Product & Technology executive leadership, which includes but is not limited to, calendaring and scheduling, managing travel arrangements, handling of complex communications, development and distribution of meeting materials, office supply management, and presentation and reporting support. Demonstrates a high level of professionalism and positive service attitude at all times, strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Is looked to by other EAs as a knowledge source and a mentor that also provides training to newer EAs on the team. Works to develop and document standards used across the DE&ET EA team. Supports Sr Execs in the organization. Will also provide back?up support for other assistants as part of an executive assistant team.
The hiring range for this position in San Francisco, CA is $104,600 to $140,200 per year and in Glendale, CA is $95,500 to $128,000. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job?related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long?term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
