Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a creative store layout and product merchandising.
• Collaborate with the Team Leader to meet sales, purchasing, and labor targets.
• Assist in analyzing sales reports and labor metrics.
• Demonstrate advanced product knowledge and stay updated on new offerings.
• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships, ensuring proper paperwork management.
• Act as the point person in the absence of the Team Leader, addressing team concerns effectively.
• Set and achieve high standards of retail execution.
• Foster a positive work environment focused on teamwork and exceptional morale.
• Actively respond to customer needs and guide Team Members to enhance the customer experience.
• Select, train, mentor, and motivate Team Members, promoting a high-performance culture.
• Conduct timely and thoughtful performance evaluations.

Experience:

Minimum of 18 months retail Team Member experience and at least 6 months of supervisory experience.

Physical Requirements & Working Conditions:

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Standing/walking for 6-8 hours in an 8-hour workday.
• Hand use includes single grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling.
• Ability to perform bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching motions.
• Exposure to FDA-approved cleaning chemicals and varying temperatures.
• Ability to work in a cold and wet environment.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to use tools and equipment like box cutters and electric pallet jacks.

The wage range for this position is $22.55-$36.08 Hourly, based on experience.
