Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Available to work within designated service areas.
• Willing to provide care services for multiple clients.
• Must comply with CA DSS Home Care Aide Registry requirements, including passing background checks.
• Effective communication skills in English are essential.
• Your eligibility to work will be verified through E-Verify.

Compensation: Starting pay ranges from $20 to $25 per hour, depending on experience.

Shifts vary from 4 to 12 hours to accommodate the needs of our diverse clientele.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized care services tailored to each client's unique needs.
• Assist clients with hygiene, toileting, and incontinence care.
• Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a pleasant living environment.
• Support clients with mobility and transportation needs.
