Compensation Administrator

A growing global organization in the supply chain/logistics industry is expanding its HR function and adding a Compensation Administrator to support compensation processes across multiple U.S. locations. If you're reliable, detail-oriented, and thrive in a structured, admin-focused role, this is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive team and make an immediate impact.

Location: Open to candidates near these offices: Hayward, CA, Tualatin, OR, Manor, TX

What You'll Do:

  • Manage compensation requests through the Promotions Inbox
  • Prepare offer letters; process promotions, pay changes, and new hires
  • Coordinate with Payroll, HR, and Accounting on draws, compliance, and documentation
  • Maintain accurate compensation data and assist with audits
  • Support high-volume administrative tasks using established templates and processes

Who You Are:

You thrive in roles where accuracy, follow-through, and consistency are essential. You enjoy administrative work, communicating with managers, and supporting a team that values collaboration and reliability.

You'll be a great fit if you have:

  • 2+ years of HR administrative experience
  • Strong Outlook and Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Solid job tenure
  • A dependable, steady working style

Bonus points for:

  • Experience in compensation or benefits administration
  • Bachelor's degree in HR or Business
  • English/Spanish bilingual skills

Compensation & Perks:

  • $25$30/hr DOE
  • Start time by 9am PST, available during core business hours, flexible when occasional adjustments are needed
