Are you seeking a part-time job that allows you to stay active while earning extra cash? We are looking for dedicated Trash Collectors (Service Valets) who can help maintain clean and inviting apartment communities.

Your Responsibilities:

• Collect trash and recycling from residents' doorsteps within an apartment complex and take it to the on-site compactor, without the need for heavy lifting of bulk items, off-site driving, or dumping.
• Utilize our mobile app on your smartphone to record service details, such as arrival, departure, tracking, and instances of non-compliance.
• Engage in a physically active role that involves walking the property, climbing stairs, and working outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Your Benefits:

• Pay: Earn $20 per hour, with potential for higher pay if you have a truck or trailer.
• Schedule: Evening shifts typically scheduled from Sunday-Thursday, starting at 7:00 or 8:00 PM (SUNDAYS are MANDATORY).
• Part-Time Hours: Approximately 10-15+ hours per week.
• Local Assignments: We strive to assign you to properties near your home.

What We're Looking For:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (proof required upon hire).
• Must have a smartphone with a data plan for app usage.
• A personal pick-up truck or vehicle with trailer is preferred.
• Valid driver's license and current auto insurance in your name is preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry items up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable walking long distances and climbing stairs multiple times in one shift.
• Must be able to work around bagged trash and waste.
• Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
